one can simply say 1) who has $hash 2) N nodes reply in the affirmative 3) requester asks each for a little more than 1/N encoded blocks 4) requester reassembles the payload after about $payloadSize*1.03 blocks are received (adjusts depending on loss-tolerance parameters) |
