I got hit with the spotlight a couple times. Numerous apartments got hit with the spotlight. Kept its altitude lower than the tops of the WTC towers, except when nearing the towers.

i live near a place they use as fuel station, it was annoying at 1st but naodays sleep through it. sorta like when i lived by the railroad, 40m from the track. 1st coupla wks was annoying, then after properly bolted down shelves, etc. stopped noticing.

danielpbarron: the usual thing to do in cases like this, is, e.g. ls /usr/portage/app-editors/vim and see what older vers. there were, and then e.g. emerge =app-editors/vim-8.0.1298 rather than emerge vim
